The Ameriglide Rave 2 installed by Central Illinois Stairlift is built for durability, with a tough all metal case construction that withstands normal wear and tear far better than other brands. This stairlift can handle up to 350 pounds and features a maintenance free track to save you even more time and money in the future. 

The unit charges the two batteries at the top or bottom of the track, providing a reserve of power that keeps your stairlift going even in the event of a power outage. The unit stays plugged in and will alert you in the event of a power loss so you are aware you are operating on battery power. Never get caught without your lift! 

An arm-mounted operation switch is included as a standard feature, along with Ameriglide's standard array of safety switches that prevent the lift from operating if an obstruction blocks your path. The seat swivels at the top, away from the steps, so the rider can safely enter and exit the stairlift seat.
