How It Works
When you give us a call, we will ask you some questions to determine the best stairlift for your home.
1. Are your stairs straight or do they have a landing in the middle?
Straight staircases are ideal for our Rave 2 straight stairlift.
Staircases with a landing can either have a curved lift (starting at $9,995) or you can take advantage of our 2 lift package - we take $100 off per unit.
Staircases with a curve at the top or bottom must have a curved lift unit.
2. About how wide are your stairs?
Stairs must be at least 30 inches wide to accommodate a stairlift. This is for safety codes - our lifts fold to just 11” when not in use, so guests can still safely use the stairs.
3. About how many stairs do you have?
Our base prices includes up to 15’ of track - extra track comes in increments of 3’ for an additional price. Stairlifts can be as long as you need them to be!
4. Do you have an outlet within 6 feet of the top or bottom of the stairs?
Your new Stairlift will require power - it must be plugged in. We can accommodate an outlet at the top or bottom of the lift. Our lifts also come with battery backup in case of a power outage - up to 60 trips!
Once we have this information, we will recommend either 1-2 straight lifts or a curved lift, depending on the situation.
If you are getting a Rave 2 straight lift, we will set an appointment to come and install your lift in just 1-2 hours. We have straight lifts in stock, so there's no waiting for it to be delivered!
For our curved lifts, we are able to give you a quote over the phone with just some basic information. We may ask you to send us pictures or a video of your stairs. If you are agreeable to the quote, we will proceed with the ordering process.
We will need to set an appointment to take 3D pictures and measurements. For this, we require a $3,000 deposit (this amount will all go towards the final price). Once we have taken measurements, your custom stairlift will be by our manufacturer.
Once made, your lift will be shipped to us. When we receive your lift, we will give you a call to set up your final appointment - installation!
This process takes around 4-6 weeks from first appointment to final installation.
